The Illinois Supreme Court upheld as constitutional, a provision of the Illinois Vehicle Code, which requires a 90 day suspension of driving privileges for any person receiving court supervision for unlawful consumption of alcohol under 21 years of age – regardless of whether they were in a motor vehicle!
