The unlawful actions of President Donald J. Trump and his administration are the focus of thousands of peaceful protestors across the country and in major cities throughout the world, who oppose:

Trump’s unilateral war of choice against Iran

Using military force to kidnap the President of Venezuela

Seizing oil tankers belonging to other nations

Threatening to seize Greenland

Threatening to seize Cuba

Imposing unlawful tariffs without Congressional authorization

Military assassinations of suspected drug runners in speedboats without evidence and in lieu of arrest, charges and public trial

Sending masked ICE agents and U.S. troops into American cities without the invitation of local or state government officials

Deporting suspected undocumented persons without due process and in violation of court orders

Arresting and detaining undocumented persons without a judicial warrant

Hiding detained persons from their lawyers and families

Permitting ICE agents to murder peaceful protesters with impunity

Refusing to cooperate with local and state investigations of ICE officers

Acting as if above the law and immune from criminal prosecution, like a King

Manufacturing false claims of voter fraud, without evidence, in order to suppress the rights of voters

Pardoning and commuting the sentences of hundreds of people convicted of storming the capitol and assaulting police officers on January 6^th, 2021

Using the DOJ to prosecute political enemies

Firing career prosecutors who worked on any case against Trump, his friends, and supporters

Attempting to strip the rank and pension of a sitting Senator, retired astronaut and naval officer, who correctly advised military personnel that they need not follow illegal orders

Ignoring adverse Court Orders

Bad-mouthing judges who, in following the Constitution, rule against the administration, leading to threats of violence against judges and their families

Hiding Trump’s name from the Epstein files after Congress ordered their public release

Restricting access of the press in the White House and Pentagon

Demolishing the East Wing of the White House without lawful authority or oversight

Firing thousands of government workers without cause

Permitting unnecessary access to private information about citizens

Slashing food and healthcare benefits to millions of poor people

Appointing unqualified syncophants and loyalists to high government office

Extorting millions of dollars from elite universities

Extorting millions of dollars in pro-bono legal services to support conservative causes from the largest law firms

Attempting to shield DOJ lawyers from disciplinary oversight by State bar associations, who hold every other lawyer to high ethical standards

Expressing admiration for dictators while showing disdain for NATO allies

Failing to exhibit any semblance of decency, compassion or empathy toward other human beings

Scheming to use the office of the Presidency to enrich himself and his family

Lying repeatedly to the American people

Every day brings new outrageous action by this President and Administration, and a new opportunity for lawyers and citizens to come to the defense of our Constitution.
